Daniel BArenboim loves music. What makes him different is that whatever his critics is saying, he will continue to play his piano and conduct concert at his chosen place. Most of his music addresses social issues, and I think it is justifiable to use music as a means to talk about the issues, anyway music is a language of thoughts. We are free to express out feelings. We can compare this to what happen Freddie Aguilar, althought his music is all about environment!
Daniel Barenboim is a good conductor. He is talented, that his talent knows no boundary, even cultural boundary.
I think he did not forget his heritage, but the Jewish people suffered so much with the German People during the World War II, that is why Daniel was accused as Cultural rapist.
I think the World will continue to have the ANTI-SEMITIC Sentiments. Even YOU, will be having that sentiments.
If he is in the Philippines, he would still be doing, what he have done with the Jewish people.
